Serve as an Architect while leading a multi-discipline project team of architects, interior designers, and building engineers for successful project delivery.May provide technical guidance and assign tasks to junior and support staff for project duration. May also manage discipline and small multidisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to company and project contractual requirements.Engage with clients and strengthen our presence within the region as a service provider that focuses cost effective and creative design solutions.Utilize and encourage the best uses of design technologies for presentation and production purposes while championing BIM technologies.This position performs all conventional aspects of architectural design and development, including the planning and conducting of architectural work requiring more advanced techniques. This position independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexityPerforms analyses of design, planning, occupancy, and impact studies, cost analyses, design requirements, site selection, and limited design layoutsDesigns and conducts experiments, as well as analyzes and interprets dataPrepares project specifications, compiles, and analyzes relevant data, and prepares complete project documents, analysis, and reports.Prepares and presents drawings, visual aids, and presentationsPerforms quality control reviews and ensures achievement of key milestones. Performs field reviews, inspections, and observations of ongoing construction projects to ensure projects adhere to architectural plans.Formulates and solves problems with timely and innovative solutionsWork closely with other Project Managers and Architects with respect to budget and workload projections.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's of Architecture degree from an NAAB accredited university
• Minimum 5+ years of design experience
• Professional Registration required
• Strong marketing, sales, production and team building skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills. 
• Have a passion for formulating and solving problems with timely and innovative solutions.
• Proficiency with AutoCad, Revit, Sketch Up and Photoshop
