Position OverviewA Psychiatrist opportunity is available for an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program serving adult patients within a community behavioral health setting in Martinez, CA. This role focuses on providing comprehensive psychiatric care to individuals with serious mental illness through a highly collaborative, community-based treatment model.
Spanish-speaking providers are strongly preferred due to the patient population served.
About the ACT ProgramThe ACT Program provides intensive, multidisciplinary mental health services for adults with severe and persistent mental illness who benefit from enhanced community-based support and continuity of care. Providers work closely with case managers, therapists, nursing staff, substance use counselors, and community support teams to help stabilize patients and reduce psychiatric hospitalizations.
